We deliver across the Philippines. Metro Manila orders typically arrive at the faster end of that window. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Changed your mind or had an issue? Here's how it works.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item arrives faulty or damaged — in which case we cover the return and send a replacement at no charge.
Please note: filters that have already been installed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you're unsure whether PURA is right for you before ordering, get in touch and we'll help.
