Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item arrives faulty or damaged — in which case we cover the return and send a replacement at no charge.

Please note: filters that have already been installed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you're unsure whether PURA is right for you before ordering, get in touch and we'll help.
